to a friend’s you can take advantage of lots of savings.
Half price purchases –
10 ordering guests plus 1 party booked at your event = a half price purchase
for the Party Host....... Choose from a special 'pre selected' range of Wooden Toy Company products.
(orders must
be paid for in person, at the time of your event, in order to qualify)
Try before you buy –
You and your friends get to see our range of toys in the flesh.
You can see their excellent quality and seek advice about their appropriateness for your
child’s age/ability before making your purchase.
Adults only, children have to go to bed. Arrrh shame!!

Customer Service
Deliveries -
All orders are delivered with in 10 working days. Packaging is costly for our planet so wherever possible we endeavour
to re use or re cycle (and we urge you to do the same).
Should an item which you have ordered be out of stock, we will keep you informed.
Currently we are only able to deliver goods to the UK. We do not deliver to N.Ireland, Parts of Scotland,
The Channel Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man.
Delivery charge £4.50. OR Free Delivery to all Customers on orders over £60
Payment -
With Paypal you can make Credit/Debit Card payments online safely and securely and
best of all FREE.
Alternatively, you could use the checkout system on our site and then pay by cheque for the full amount made payable to
Sian Hockridge, when we have cleared your payment we will
deliver your order immediately.
Gift Wrapping Service -
Forgotten a birthday? We can wrap and deliver direct to their door!!...
All you need to do is tell us the message that you would like hand written on your complimentary card and leave
the rest to us!
Let us know the age and sex of the child and the occasion the gift is for and we will ensure the
wrapping is appropriate.
Wrap £3 per item. Card Free! To arrange this service just call customer services on 029 20811728.
Please add £3 per wrapped item to your final bill.
Gift Certificates -
Certificates can be sent by Email or direct mail. If choosing direct mail you may like to add our locally designed
and hand crafted gift certificate wallet for the small charge of £1.50. Wallets are decorated with three groovy 2
dimensional wooden motifs, suitable for any age. Choose from ‘luscious lady bugs’ or ‘racing cars’.

Returning Goods -
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us quoting your
order number and the reason for the return. Send to
............returns@thewoodentoy.co.uk
and we will email you full details of how to return your goods.
We will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange for goods returned within 14 days of receipt of order, they must
be unused and in their original packaging. We suggest that you obtain a Proof of Posting certificate from your Post
Office as we cannot be responsible for parcels that are lost on return to us.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items and we can not refund postage and gift
wrapping costs as these are a direct cost. (Customer’s statutory rights are not affected.)
Size and colour -
As our products are hand made or hand finished, they will all have individual differences. Whilst we feel this adds
to their appeal it also means that we can not guarantee their exact colours and sizes.
